One reflection a day for one year. However, you do not need to follow the structure of this book. You can start on any chapter that resonates with you. If it feels right, do more than one a day or, spend the whole week on just one. If you want, draw answers instead of using words. Don’t worry about sounding politically correct. Honest reflection create the clearest insight.
Can be done with a partner or group. Going through these reflections with a friend, loved one or therapist can also be very rewarding and insightful.
Very deep and thoughtful reflections. As with all self-development books, if at any time while answering these reflections you begin to feel overwhelmed and unregulated, please stop and give yourself some time. Take a breath. Go for a walk. If you need help, reach out to a loved one or professional.
Best of luck on your journey inwards and I hope these reflections serve you well.
